Possibly DT Anxiety: You say you have palpitations. Definition: Palps = aware of heart beat. Are you skipping beats? Or is Heart Rate suddenly fast? Do you get lightheaded. Any sharp chest pain? Do you have asthma? Do you smoke. All must be considered to help. Any meds? Young people have increased sympathetic tone. Palps need be diagnosed. Small dose of LA Beta or Ca++ Blocker may Help. Seek cardiology: Holter.
