This is impossible: A heart rate of 117 BPM means one QRS complex every 512 msec. It is impossible to have a QT interval of 608 msec when the entire RR interval is 512 msec. You cannot have a QT that is longer than the RR. Something is not correct. Please upload your EKG to the system and request consultation for evaluation.
