Spherocytosis?: Are you anemic? Was a reticulocyte count done? What's the big picture? Labs mean nothing without it. If you're very close to your lab's reference range, it may mean nothing -- a few % of healthies fall outside. A low RDW would be a bit of a surprise in classic spherocytosis.
