So i have mcv(75.6), mch(23.4), mchc(30.9),rdw(17.2),hb(11.1),ferritin (149h),rbc(4.7). i dont even know if i had got ida or thalassemia. ?

Uncertain: IDA usually will have low ferritin and mentzer index (mcv/rbc) over 13... Thalassemia will usually have normal ferritin and mentzer index below 13. You have high ferritin and mentzer of 16... I would ask you doctor if a hemoglobin electropheresis could be ordered to evaluate.
