Hey! my front tooth is really sore and wiggly. it is an adult tooth and i just need some help. i just would like to know if it needs to be extracted.

That depends: That depend on why it is loose. If it has an infection that can be treated with a root canal and/periodontal therapy, then you may be able to save it. If it has root resorption you may have no choice but to extract it. The only way to know is to have a dental exam. I suggest you do this ASAP.

Not necessarily: Tooth mobility and tenderness can be from several causes. It could be from a periodontal problem like an infection, or from the contact with the opposing tooth is more than it can tolerate, bone loss from periodontal disease (usually not sore), orthodontic movements with appliances or naturally, or oral habits like chewing on a toothpick or pipe or pushing with your tongue
