Symptoms...: Asthma symptoms include shortness of breath, cough (usually non-productive), wheezing. Sometimes, wheezing can be present in an asymptomatic patient. So, in the mildest asthma, there can be symptoms only at certain times like at night or with activity, or sometimes none at all.
