Very broad questions: You are asking questions which need more than 400 words to cover. Briefly the early signs for CAD- chest tightness, indigestion, short of breath with exercise or fatigue. Of course chest pain . Asthma=coughing especially with exercise, shortness of breath, wheezing, fatigue easily. Bronchitis- Cough with or without sputum depending on the cause.

Symptoms: CAD- age, hyperlipidemia, chest pain, hereditary Asthma-smoking, allergies, pollution, Bronchitis-new onset cough, cold, difficulty breathing, fever.
