Testing available: asthma is a condition where the airways in your lungs narrow. typically this presents with chest tightness, shortness of breath, wheezing and/or cough. you may have just discovered asthma if you were exposed to a new trigger (such as pollen, animals, tobacco smoke, etc). your lung function can be tested to diagnose asthma. talk to your doctor for a referral if you are really concerned
