Unbunch your undies: The person to ask if your doctors should fill out RFC forms is the disability examiner who's handling your case. The examiner assigns your RFC. The doctors' RFC forms are relevant only if the examiner decides they have controlling weight. Your case isn't balanced on a knife-edge. If the examiner thinks there is one crucial detail that will make or break your case, they'll tell you if you ask.
