Urge you contact your doctors regarding the persistence of the "ear pain". If this were clearcut and secondary to the procedure, should have resolved weeks ago. Persistence may raise question of middle or inner ear problem, but may need to consider temperomandibular dysfunction or focal dental problem. An oral surgical consultation may be in order.
