Be careful: Your question has been expertly answered but I want to add what I have told other young kids too concerned about cancer: could you possibly get pancreas cancer? Yes, any person can get it. Is it likely? EXTREMELY UNLIKELY (I am assuming you have no significant family history). Share your concern with your parents and visit a doctor. Please do not let anxiety and fear rule your life.
