Not cancer: Gas is a frequentl component of the upper and lower GI tract. If there was an episode of diarrhea caused by an organism not part of the normal GI microbiome that has organisms that allow the colon to function normally one has diarrhea and passes gas produced by the foreign bacteria. Gas in the upper GI tract is mostly swallowed gas that is regurgitated. Non are part of the cancer picture.
