Digestive issues. anal itching, shooting pains on sides of abdomen, constipation, diarrhea, mucus-like consistency on tp. no bleeding. what is this ?

Irritable bowel?: This sounds like pretty typical irritable bowel syndrome. Anal itching (pruritus ani) could be part of the problem or separate issue, e.g. yeast infection (especially if you're female) (profile shows male).
