Irritable bowel?: This sounds like pretty typical irritable bowel syndrome. Anal itching (pruritus ani) could be part of the problem or separate issue, e.g. yeast infection (especially if you're female) (profile shows male). See a doctor for diagnosis, primarily to rule out other conditions (e.g. inflammatory bowel disease) and get advice on diet and other treatment.
