Early Pregnancy: The first question is if you are sure of your LMP. Your HCG is extremely low for 5 weeks, and would be too low to see a pregnancy on ultrasound. You could be having a miscarriage. The best thing to do is see your doctor and get a follow up HCG to see if it is increasing appropriately.
