Prob not: You are most likely not pregnant 2 weeks ago with an Hcg level of 0. The blood level can be repeated to confirm if you still haven't had your period yet. You might be having issues with your digestive tract causing your symptoms. Any nausea or diarrhea? Can have your thyroid level checked.
