See your doctor: If you are 17 days late and the pregnancy tests are still negative it is very unlikely that pregnancy is the reason. Many other things can cause this and at this point it is time to start checking them out. Get in to your PCP or your OB/GYN and let them start doing some other testing after a full history and exam. Good luck

Wait: Pregnancy is the most common cause of a missed cycle, but an anovulatory cycle is also possible (where you simply do not ovulate that month and skip a period), as well as thyroid issues, or weight gain/loss, anxiety, etc. So wait to se if you miss another period, then if you miss another, seek medical attention and testing. best wishes,

Not uncommon: You should do another pregnancy test at this time. If the test is still negative, don't be too concerned. This may have just been a very unusual menstrual cycle for you. All women have some variation in their menstrual cycles occasionally. Just wait and see what happens over your next couple of cycles. Protect yourself from pregnancy (with birth control) and STDs (with condoms)
