My lmp was 7/25/15. i had a positive hpt on 8/16 and positive blood test on 8/17. today i woke up and had red spotting with a couple clots. went to the er and they said i had a uti and my beta hcg was 200. i haven't had any cramps, but my back has ached.

See an O & G doctor.: Needs to be closed followed to confirm whether pregnancy continues without problems. They may consider a transvaginal Ultrasouns and repeating of the pregnancy test-blood in 4-6 weeks to assess the viability of pregnancy. Also they will start prenatal vitamins and Iron if not yet started and consider antibiotics if UTI persisits after testing by lab.
