Numbness: it sounds like you may have had a TIA Transient Ischemic Attack and need to be seen as a more serious event may be waiting and the only way to know is to be evaluated

You probably: slept on your stomach on top of you arms. It can also be a mini stroke if you have risk factors such as elevated lipids, diabetes, hypertension. See your family doctor for a check up. I hope this helps.
