Numbness and tingling can happen in your sleep depending on your sleep position. However, the throbbing headache with numbness could mean a bulging disc in your neck (cervical spine), migraine, or sleep position. If it happens repeatedly, or the numbness or headache does not go away, seek further evaluation.
