Hello, i woke up in the middle of the night with the right side of my body numb. specifically, it was the right side of my face and arm that were affected. what could have caused this?

Depending on the position you slept in, putting pressure on your right side could have put pressure on a nerve, resulting in numbness. If this is the case, the numbness will get better as you move around. If it continues after you are up and active, then see your doctor. Good luck!
