Chest pain: First an EKG does not change that fast.So my first analysis is this is lead misplacement.The second but unlikely possibility is you may have mitral stenosis secondary to rheumatic fever remote in nature.I will recommend an echocardiogram to rule out this possibility.You should also see a cardiologist to rule out other cause for your chest pain ,that is to say a blockage in a blood vessel
