PCOS likely: Hi. PCOS is a diagnosis of exclusion; to diagnose PCOS, any competing diagnoses must first be excluded. Having said that, PCOS is statistically the most like for women in your condition. Do you have hirsutism? Talk with your gyn about this. Good luck!
