See your physician: While you may not be passing liquid, your blood is clotting and exiting with gravity. Lightheadedness suggest you are fluid deficient and you should see your doctor to make sure your blood pressure is normal. Increasing your intake would help also.

Get evaluated: By your primary care physician and gynecologist. I'd recommend a comprehensive work up to include blood work pelvic exam etc . The other symptoms may suggest low blood pressure and nerve inflammation. Hope u feel better!
