You have a number of medical issues and are at the age where yo may be perimenopausal. All these can affect menses. An examination by your physician is in order.

Agree with Dr. D. You may be entering early menopause and it may add to your symptoms. Do practice contraception till you are sure of the menopause. It would be prudent to consult your gynecologist. Wish you good health!
