Unrelated: It sounds like you have seen your doctor about the neck lump--you label it very specifically. This type of node should slowly go away as the related inflammation or infection improves. But it can take weeks, if not months. I presume you mean you continue to have some vaginal discharge with clots after menses: not unusual but check pregnancy test and see doc if doesn't clear after next period.
