Acupuncture: Acupuncture and chinese medicine are the best way to balance hormonal fluctuations with or without ovaries. ( have great success with these) your gyn doc may have some other excellent ideas or medication recommendations as well. Black cohosh herb has a good reputation for helping...You are better off having a trained chinese medicine practitioner help you with herbs. Homeopathy can help as well.

The lignans in flaxseed and flaxseed oil may help night sweats/ to obtain the most benefit from flaxseed oil, it should be cold grinded. The plant Estrogens in red clover may be helpful with mild menopausal symptoms but may be contraindicated in a woman with either breast >>.
