Diet and burn cal: Commit to low calorie diet and burning more calories. Walk briskly 20 minutes twice daily for starters then increase. Add other exercise. Eliminate sugars, breads, pastas, pizza, soda, cereals, corn, potato,desserts. Eat whole veggie, fruits, egg white, fish. No animal fats. Keep calories less than 1400
