Pure hyperthyroidism: is rarer than hypothyroidism, which your symptoms suggest. Hashimoto's thyroiditis is often the case when you were Hyper- and are now Hypo-, THEREFORE I would recommend regular checks of your thyroid function studies and seeking professional Endocrinology advice. Regardless, Xenical is not a medication I recommend often. Good luck!

Confused: If you have gained weight, then you are probably hypothyroid. Hyperthyroidism would be associated with weight loss. Nevertheless, simple proper treatment with thyroid replacement should bring about loss of weight, and I therefore would not recommend a concurrent supplement. You may want to consider seeing an endocrinologist.
