Breakfast: If your breakfast is very high in fats, it'll slow down your stomach emptying time reducing the onset of hunger. However if you're not experiencing any lassitude, lightheadedness or unsteadiness in the afternoon, then all you require is some fruit or maybe a health bar for lunch and you'll do very well.
