Breakfast: Eggs are great despite the bad reputation poor science has created about them. Protein such as from eggs, cheese, peanut butter, will “stick w/you” and not trigger your insulin excessively which can cause fatigue. Green tea is a good anti-oxidant. Tea in general has a compound in it called theatine which relaxes and help you focus at the same time. Peace and good health.
