Possibly: The only way to really tell what these are is to show them to your doctor so that they can ask any pertinent questions and then make a diagnosis. Without seeing them and getting some history it is impossible to tell.

Skin bumps/bites: Thank you for your question. A red area with three tiny pimple-like dots in a row may be caused by many things, including insect bites. There are forms of inflammatory conditions of the skin that could cause a rash as well as responses to external sources such as allergies or otherwise. Having an examination performed by a qualified medical practitioner would be helpful in diagnosis and treatment.
