Red pimple like bumps on my left inner thigh in crotch area. painless and not itchy. if popped pus comes out.i have genital hsv 1. they wont go away?

See Doctor: Most probably have infection, need to see your doctor. Maybe able to go to std clinic.

Folliculitis?: This sounds most like folliculitis, or some other bacteria infection. Almost certainly not herpes -- both the symptoms (pus if popped) and location are wrong. And I'll bet this doesn't look much like your previous genital herpes outbreak(s), right? Anyway, see a doctor and take it from there. Good luck.
