I'm getting these red lumps with a tiny pimple in the middle on my thighs only. it's not itchy but sore. dr told me i might be allergic to protex soap which i stopped using but the pimples came back. what can i use to treat it & prevent it?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. What you described suggests molluscum contagiosum. Google this term to look for pictures of this benign viral infection. If your lesions are similar to the pictures of molluscum contagiosum, it will get better on its own.
