A member asked:

I am 31 years old. my periods are always on time and last about 6 days. when i started this month it lasted only 4 days and now i am bleeding again not even a week later. i am married to a woman, so i'm not pregnant. what could be the cause?

Keep a record of your periods with dates and quantity of blood loss for the next few months and see if it happens again and how often. Review any changes in your usual routine or any medications you took. If it persists then make an appointment with your gynecologist to rule out any pathology. If it happens one time there is nothing to worry about.
