See a doctor: This question's wording is somewhat confusing. If you feel short of breath, tired, dizzy, confused or in any serious pain those could be signs of internal bleeding. I am not sure what is meant by clavicle hook but any operation or trauma has risk of bleeding. See a doctor or go to an urgent care for further evaluation.
