I have a what could be best described by me as a long bleeding sore hanging from my throat nera my tonsil it doesn't hurt but its odd looking and it feels like i have a piece of plastic stuck on my throat when i swallow. is this an emergency?

If : If you are having symptoms of soreness, and have noticed blood in your sputum, this should be evaluated in a timely, not necessarily, urgent manner. My level of concern would be heightened if you also had a significant smoking and/or drinking history. The " odd look" also has me concerned. I would have an ENT in your area check this out, and if it looks suspicious, I am sure he will biopsy it.
