Call Dr.: Call the office and ask to speak with a nurse. Say I am using the Tylenol but I still have pain. Can you prescribe something else. This will allow the surgeon to give you another medication that may give you more pain relief. Everyone is different, Doctors need your feedback to help them- help you.
