Bone integrity: When teeth are removed the supporting bone, not having a job to do, dissolves away. Sometimes missing bone can be replaced (ridge augmentation). Please ask your General Dentist to refer you to a Periodontist or an Oral Surgeon for evaluation.

May be fine: To know for sure, you'll need to be examined. There is no one answer for every situation. Call your dentist for an appointment.

May be able to: A lot depends upon the healing of the bone, the health of the bone and your health in general. I would get more than one opinion.
