Varies: The degree of difficulty to place implants can vary between different people or different areas of the mouth on the same person. The sinus is a factor most of the time for #13 but not usually for #12. If you have the bone and the space for 2 implants and enough distance between the top of the implants and the opposing tooth it should be pretty straightforward.

Possible: If there is sufficient bone , then it is very possible. See the Prosthodontist for an opinion from the specialist in reconstruction and possible referral to an Oral Surgeon for evaluation of the sinus proximity and possible treatment techniques. You want all the info possible before making your decision and selecting your treatment team. This is not like getting a filling or crown. Good Luck.
