Adenomyosis : Adenomyosis as you know is caused by glandular tissue, the endometrial tissue (or lining of the uterus), that is inside of the muscle of the uterus instead of simply lining it. Then, when women with adenomyosis get their periods, they can have very painful periods and can have excessive bleeding. Adenomyosis can be related to endometriosis. Women with both conditions can get pregnant successfully. I am glad that you have been diagnosed so that your doctor can monitor your condition.
