Need more info: I can understand why you are confused. There are many reasons why you are having these symptoms. In family practice we see patients with this complaint a lot. My best advise is to see your family physician for an exam and possibly some x-ray studies.

Spinal nerve: Spinal nerve when irritated or compressed can cause. Arthritis of spine, Disc problem, alignment issues can be responsible. Simpler things like B12 deficiency/magnesium or electrolyte problem needs to be looked into. Transversemyelitis is bad thing can come in to play if you have recent vaccination.
