I've been having back pains and lower abdominal pain sometimes it feels like a mild contractions.my menstruation has cut to 2days and the pain started after my 2dy cycle came after 31dys .im confused as to which doctor to visit,an obgyn/gynea or a gp?

If this is : getting worse as you describe, it could be endometriosis. Probably best seek a visit with an OBGYN, that is comfortable with treating pelvic pain as most are very capable.
