What does some mild tethering of small bowel loops with minimal stranding in the lrq and lower abdomen pelvis mesentery mean? i was in the er and my ct notes say that and im super confused. i see a gastroenterologist next week should i be worried?

Small bowel : With these ct findings I feel that the ordering physician should sit down with the radiologist to get his/her thoughts on what these findings could signify, whether additional imaging studies would be advisable, or what type of specialist could be consulted.
