If the urine is negative for pregnancy then that is a case of false positive serum hCG. Further test can be done to confirm that and vaginal ultrasound should be negative for amniotic sac. Please read this link: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/12114913/ - Take care.
