Adult male,bone marrow biopsy show Erythroid hyperplasia RBC borderline on high side,thrombocytopenia fluctuate, Splenomegaly,negative for infections.
WBC low at 3.0 K/UL in particular GRAN, and MPV elevated at 11.4 FL. RBC and Platelets normal. Fatigued and tired all the time. What can cause this? Would the next step be a bone marrow biopsy to rule things out?
