My spleen is 17.7 cm in length, normal bone marrow, flow cytometry,ct/pet, no hepatic problem, sever fatigue , night sweat,cancer is possible ?

Doubtful.: With a normal CT scan, pet scan, and bone marrow, the chances of having cancer would be small. Because of your persistent symptoms, however, I would continue to follow up with your doctor until my diagnosis can be made. Maybe an infectious cause? Good luck.
