A member asked:

My upper back and shoulders stick out further than the rest of my back.looks like i have a hunchback. is there anyway i can correct it?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Kyphosis: is the natural curvature of the thoracic (upper) spine. Most people hunch however, and the bad posture can exaggerate this curvature. Chronically, this can lead to permanent deformity. Practice good posture. Stand straight and hold your head high. If you need help: old school= walk with a book on your head. They also sell electronic devices that vibrate when you hunch to remind you.
