Prob nothing: First, what's the work up you had for the PE? You are very young to have this condition. Do you smoke? Any thc? On birth control? Overweight? Xarelto works great for PE. Should be on 15 mg 2x per day for 3 weeks then 20 mg daily. Since your heart rate is very normal doubt anything else going one. I would be concerned if you are short of breath
