I've been having a weird issue with my left shoulder/arm. i can't seem to let my arm rest to the side of my body. when i'm standing or walking my arm sticks out or i have to let it rest on my head. what could be the issue? is it neurological?

This symptom may be akin to the restless.leg syndrome. A.neurologist would be best to consult for evaluation & advice.if this persists.

normally, the weight of an arm causes it to hang straight down. If there is pain or discomfort, a person may subconsciously hold their arm away from their body to prevent any pressure. If your arm/shoulder is physically angled in an abnormal way, it could be due to a dislocation or fracture, but you would feel pain. If the problem persists, see a Dr in person for a full exam.
