Pus: You have an infected tooth and the infection is spreading to the surrounding tissues. If this is an upper tooth, sinus is becoming infected. This will only worsen and can quickly become life threatening. See a Dentist NOW! Don't wait. It will NOT go away by itself.

Pressure: You have inflammation (and most likely an infection) at the tip of the root. When your blood pressure in that region increases (bending over, lying down, exercising) you feel the blood flowing through the tissues with every heartbeat... that's why it throbs. You are on the verge of a major dental issue with unbearable pain... please call a dentist ASAP for an appointment
